Once a quote is provided and approved, only then we begin working on your tool.
The quotation fee will be deducted from the final repair cost.
This process ensures parts can be ordered promptly and your repair is scheduled without delay.
Minor repairs under $150 will be completed without prior approval to save time.
If unexpected issues are discovered during repair, you will be contacted for authorisation before proceeding.
All tools and equipment must be booked in and assessed before repair.
No over-the-counter or phone assessments are provided.
A minimum charge of $40 applies, which covers the assessment of unrepaired tools or equipment.
A Queue Jumper option is available for urgent repairs.
This incurs an additional $80.00 per tool and guarantees that the tool or equipment will be assessed within 24 hours.
Proof of purchase or prior repair must be provided before any warranty repair can proceed.
All repaired or unrepaired tools and equipment must be collected within 90 days of notification.
Items not collected within this period will be recycled to recover costs.
All saw blades will be returned unmounted to meet Dre Tool Repairs’ safety standards.
Unrepaired tools or equipment will be returned dismantled for safety reasons.
